The property is absolutely amazing. A dream place on earth and I am not even exaggerating. The staff is extremely nice, you are being taken care of each day of your vacation. The cleaning is excellent, since it is done twice a day. There are various activities that you can do and you will not be bored for a second. And the food… is the best I have ever eaten. Thank you for making me and my husband’s honeymoon an absolute dream!

Everything. The villa with water view was beautiful. The food was incredible and varied! I especially enjoyed the lomu Maldivian restaurant, Chinese and the big gala dinner. Staff are so friendly and attentive, they’ll do anything for you. Cocktails on the beach are amazing. The back massage in the spa was super relaxing. The sunset cruise was brilliant and we saw a load of dolphins. Our stay was truly wonderful.

Nothing. The boat trip from the airport was very rough however I guess that’s down to the choppy conditions.

Everything was wonderful. The staff is the best we have ever had on a trip. The resort is beautiful and the amenities are great too. This is a must do resort if you like all inclusive resorts.

Amazing view and great dining experiences. All the staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Especially recommend the snokrling and excursion which was absolutely unforgettable.

Honestly, I like everything about the resort. Its family resort makes you feel like you are in your own home .. The size of the water villa was perfect. We could do some snorkelling there.. Our agent, Mr Asif, helped us in planning our staying from zero to hero, and he was really helpful.. the underwater restaurant was really delicious and the staff were really nice .. The tradition restaurant was delicious as well.. the main restaurant the palm was really good and the staff were really nice.they have a Maldivian restaurant called Nobu it was really delicious and thanks to Mr Hakem for giving us the opportunity to try the food .. the Snorkeling and Sunset fishing activities were included in the package.

The spa prices are a little bit high.. The inclusive package includes all alcoholic drinks in bars and villas, and for Muslims and non drinkers, it's wast, so they should figure out an alternative for that to really satisfy all the costumers

We loved the place!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to the Maldives. We have been to a few other resorts in the Maldives but this one is really special from the moment you arrive at the airport and threw all our stay. People are just so nice and attentive and they know about your needs even before you. Don't let me start about their restaurants, apart from the main one, the M6M (underwater restaurant) and the Traditions Indoceylon really swept us off our feet.

Everything was amazing and went smoothly since we landed in Velana Airport and upon leaving the resort. Everyone was helpful and always smiling. All the staff are just spreading good vibes all throughout. The island was really beautiful and our stay was indeed the most epic days of our life. Job well done to Ozen Life Maadhoo team. You guys are awesome!

Our experience was unforgettable! 4 night stay in water villa and bean villa with a pool. Our butler was Mira, excellent and smart. She was one reason why we enjoyed so much. She planned everything for us and helped us with any information we required quickly and efficiently! She will always Show us with a smile even at the end of the day The food was the best I have ever tasted! Varied and fresh you will find all type of food and if you are like me, you will enjoy discovering different taste and cousins that is excellent in taste. Special thanks to the manger of the restaurant Mr. Shiam for his kindness. He is a very modest man and very sociable and helpful. He made sure that we have the best service and experience! Mr. Subject, the manger of the palm restaurant was excellent and made sure that everyone is enjoying the food they like. Also the chef behind the scene Mr. Varun! The secret of the success of the food and its taste. Many special thanks for every person we met and served us. We felt bonded with them like a family! All waitresses and waiters. I won't forget my experience in the spa! I even slept in both session . The Thai woman in the spa was so nice and helped us indulge in the experience! This place must definitely be visited again!

The journey back to the airport was scary for us. I wish that they slowed down because we are not used to riding the boat in an occean

Strongly recommend and will definitely go again

All the flights from Dubai to maldives are morning, we arrive early and the check in always 2:00 pm, very difficult. We suggest to make the check in at 12:00 pm

Amazing facilities, very helpful staff. The food was one notch up from when we last visited in 2019. The underwater restaurant is very refined (and spectacular; sharks circling). Compared to our previous stay, the wine list got upgraded and the restaurant staff got more adept at recommending and commenting on wines. They built new things like a kids club (very practical!) and a tennis court

The weather was capricious (in May) and we had to stay indoors a few days. But that’s not their fault)

The island itself is big and diverse. You can walk around the earth villas vegetation, the sandy cristal beach and explore the bay where the water villas are. We stayed in the water villa and honestly I feel that is the best pick since you have the direct water connection and unobstructed views of the ocean (to pick the pool is just up to you). Earth villas feel as you are inside the jungle. A big highlight for me is that there are virtually no bugs on the island, especially in overwater villas, which is a thing you cannot say of many tropical destinations! However, if you have young kids definitely choose the earth villas since the others are not safe for kids! I feel the real highlight of the hotel is definitely the food, I mean the quantity and quality are top-notch. The fresh salads, the vegetables are the best I v seen. The traditions restaurants offer amazing quality food, in our point of view the Peking Chinese restaurant was the best! M6M underwater is really a pleasurable experience with decent gourmet dining. The room size of the water villa is huge. The amenities are great; all the products feel premium with great scents. There's sun lotion and insect repellent lotion on request, which also seem very good quality. Gym is well equipped and comfortable. The spa team is amazing. I'v had 2 sessions of Balinese massage and at least one of them was the best massage session of my life (cheers to Septa massagist, she was amazing!). The snorkelling trips are a very practical and amazing experience; we've done 3 trips and all were in different spots. Finally, another big highlight is the people, the friendly and qualified staff we've encountered. Our butler Areef managed all the request we had very practically and fast, so we didn't have to worry about anything. We would like to highlight the professionalism and friendliness of these particular members of the staff: Ayushi, Pritam, Ali, Johanne.Thank you!

There are few things to report but minor changes could improve even more the experience in this resort: TIPS FOR THE RESORT: - in the check-in a more detailed cleaning process should be done, namely the floors. Don't get me wrong, the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, but when I v arrived I felt there was sand and some dust on the floor. In the upcoming days, I've realized that is almost impossible to get the rooms cleaner with all the water, sand from the ocean. - that comes to my second tip. The outdoor balcony and sun loungers feel somewhat suffered from the sun and sea salt; maybe an uplift would be nice. - an uplift of some of the interior decoration could really highlight the room. The mini bar closet feels dated and a little ugly; the bathroom amenities purple drawers are just weird. The reaming bathroom is very stylish and beautiful. - as some other guest mentioned before, I think it should have more sunbeds scattered through the island. - the buggy system could be faster. - the room air conditioner functions very good but too noisy at night. And believe it you will need AC working non-stop day and night! - fruit in the lunch and dinner and not only in the breakfast. - more ice cream varieties and maybe in another place in the buffet as children often linger around it all the time. These ice creams feel more "sorbet" than "creamy ice creams". Another recipe could improve them. As a matter of fact, I feel the deserts lag little behind the amazing quality of the main courses; - M6M could have one or two more courses; TIPS FOR GUESTS: - go snorkelling behind room 212, there is a relatively big coral there (be careful not to touch or damage the corals). - go get the snorkelling stuff to the dive centre on the first day as it sticks with you till the end of the stay. - go to the M6M in the evening. - we feel the cocktails are too strong (we starting asking with less alcohol and they came better).

Everything was exceptional; in particular the villa with the pool was amazing. The underwater restaurant was a unique experience. The staff and the management were very friendly and tried their best to satisfy their guests.

The kids club can be improved with a bigger variety of games for the kids.

The Resort exceeded our expectations, the location was breathtaking, the facilities were nicely maintained, luxurious, elegant yet simple and practical and the water villas were nicely set out. The staff was very helpful, especially Housam, who took care of all our requests and arranged our itinerary with great professionalism. The food was great throughout our stay, and the activities/excursions included in our all inclusive package were fun and enjoyable.

The only negative thing in the whole experience might be the air-conditioning unit noise in the water villa. The unit is a ducted type unit that is installed without a duct due to the architectural limitations/shape of the villa ceiling leading to a high noise above the expected NC25 level for a 5 star accommodation. However, this can be ignored if one is prepared to open the door facing the lagoon and turn on the ceiling fan which shall be enough most of the year.

Everything went extremely well!!! But most of all I was amazed by the kindness of all the members of the staff. The place itself is amazing and with everything you could wish in such a resort, but the positive attitude of the staff made the difference for me.
